Cancellations

The registration fee will be refunded, less a $20 administrative fee, for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the workshop. No refund will be made if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the seminar; but, you may transfer your registration fee to another workshop of your choice within the current continuing education cycle.

 

Beyond Technique reserves the right to cancel any workshop. If Beyond Technique cancels a workshop, the registration fee will be refunded in full or you may opt to apply the fee toward another workshop of your choice.  Participants will be notified by phone or email as soon as our office is aware of the need to cancel.

Replacement Certificates

A $10 fee will be charged for a replacement certificate. The certificate will be mailed after payment of the fee.

Confirmations

Depending on your method of registration, confirmation of your reservation will be sent by e-mail or via the US Postal Service within seven days after receipt of your registration in our office. In addition to your confirmation you will receive information regarding class schedule, venue, and directions.
