Discussions

  • Discussed guidelines to clarify advertising a new establishment before the establishment license has been approved.  Emphasis was placed on not taking appointments before approval.

  • Emphasized that the responsible person on the establishment license is the person who will be financially responsible for any fines levied against the establishment, even if the establishment is owned by a corporation.
